Essence is essential in all the work I do. And will continue to be in all I do going forward. As an entry point, I am focusing this work on women. Essence is my one-year coaching program. For those who are ready to go deeper.

The program consists of 1:1 coaching sessions, access to all workshops I offer, and will capstone with a lady’s luxury trip. An experience and celebration to close out our work together. The benefits are a transformed life, a deepening of the soul, and most importantly freedom in the essence who they truly are.

Aristotle reasoned that a person’s body and soul were his matter and form respectively: the body is a collection of elements, and the soul is the essence. Soul is the spiritual or immaterial part of a human being or animal, regarded as immortal. Essence is the basic, real, and invariable nature of a thing or its significant individual feature or features.

Freedom is the very essence of our soul.  

What is the essence of a woman?

• • A woman is the personification of ageless beauty, selfless Love, Purity, Grace and dignity. She Symbolizes Virtue, Great Inner Strength, Tremendous Patience, Resilience and Fortitude. The Same values she inculcates in Everyone around her.
    • Inculcate – instill (an attitude, idea, or habit) by persistent instruction.

What is your soul essence?

• • As humans, our SOUL ESSENCE is our quintessential core being. We all have unique talents, gifts, personalities, and interests that define us at our core. It’s who we are in our most interesting, most unique, most complex, and most vulnerable form.

What is the difference between purpose and essence?

• • As nouns the difference between purpose and essence is that purpose is a object to be reached; a target; an aim; a goal while essence is (sensed) the inherent nature of a thing or idea. (This is the doing verses the being)

What is the true essence of love?

• • Love is the very essence of creation. This whole world exists because of love. love keeps the world going. (This is incredibly important for self-love. As it keeps us going.)

There will a great focus on the above four questions and answers. This is why one year with me is the base requirement to be in the program.

In the Essence one year program we will be focusing and working on the above four questions and answers. I am big on speaking the truth and it is time that women rise to their rightful place. That they embrace and own their power. That they understand they do not have to do life or business the way men do. On the contrary, as a woman we have the most power when we create from a place of our feminine.

The mastery of learning how-to walk-in purpose (doing) but operating in the essence (being) is the key to living an empowered life.

I am known for evoking the essence of spirituality by bringing the energetic fire, activating the mind, and speaking the truth. Our time together will be filled with all of that.

The true essence of spirituality in social work practice is the recognition and development of the energy that flows between the soul of the practitioner and that of the client in the therapeutic relationship. This dynamic is expressed symbolically as the process of rebirth, which is encircled by a halo of gratitude.
