EMPOWERED LIFE COACHING
I have the knowledge and experience to withstand and overcome the most humbling of universal human experiences of poverty, discrimination, neglect, and abuse. Trauma is my life’s work. I study the bran, the nervous system, the emotional body, and have deep knowledge of therapy of all kinds. I know what really works and what only pacifies us. No one is coming to save us. The way out is within. We don’t need anyone to fix us. We need space held for us and we need tips, tools and resources that work and that we can put in to use instantly. Ones that help us heal and more so become free. Healing and freedom come in pieces.
Trauma is generational and it didn’t start with us. But it surely can end with us. We have the authority, in this time, of the history of humanity to break the generational curses and plant the generational blessings. I am living proof we can overcome. Because of my lived experience, education, and training. I am able to serve those who have traumatic backgrounds. No matter how big or small your trauma is or was, I am here to help you manage life and lived EMPOWERED!
I offer customized Empowered Life coaching at all levels. I have a new program, Essence. Which is one year with me. Essence is the intrinsic nature or indispensable quality of something, especially something abstract, that determines its character. I am known for evoking the Essence of Spirituality by bringing the energetic fire, activating the mind, and speaking the truth. One year with me and you will be an entirely different being.
